Please read these product terms and conditions carefully, as
they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set
out the terms under which Maroque makes the products
available to you ("Trading Terms").

| 1. Prices |
| The prices payable for the items that you order are
clearly set out in the web site. We try to ensure that the prices are
current at all times, however we reserve the right to change the price
we will charge you, provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item
concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless
otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery
charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you
place your order and which will be displayed in the 'Help' section of
the web site. |

| 2. Availability |
| If, for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular item, we
will notify you as soon as possible. You will be refunded the cost of the
goods and may choose to cancel the whole order within 30 days. |

|
| 3. Acceptance |
There will be no contract of any kind between you and
us unless and until we actually dispatch the goods to you. Your order is
an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any
acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch the goods to you. At
any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods to you
without giving any reason. At the moment that the goods are dispatched
(and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.
Order status may be checked daily on the Maroque website, at the address
given in the confirmation email. |

| 4. Delivery |
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you
on the completed order form.
Please note that we can only deliver products to mainland Britain (onshore England, Scotland
and Wales). All deliveries are by Royal Mail or a courier selected by us.
We do our best to secure delivery within 30 days of the date of your
order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out
of any cause beyond our control. If we cannot deliver within this time
we shall notify you immediately and try to agree an alternative date with you.
If we cannot agree an alternative date, you will be offered a refund of the
cost of the goods and the delivery charge.

| 5. Cancellation |
You have the right
to cancel your order up to 7 calendar days after the day following the
delivery, by advising our Customer Services department by post, by fax
(on 01449 723464) or e-mail (at sales@maroque.co.uk). In
the event that the goods have already been dispatched at the date of
receipt of your cancellation of the order, you must return the goods to
us and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the
goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of
cancellation was given. The cost of return carriage must be borne by you.
If you do not return the goods within 30 days of your notice of
cancellation, your payment will be refunded after deducting the cost of recovering
the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. |

| 6. Payment |
You can pay by any Mastercard or Visa credit card, Maestro or
Delta debit card. Your card details will be encrypted to
minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority
for payment must be given at the time of order, at which point payment
will be collected.
We accept orders only from Web browsers that permit communication
through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, for example, 3.0 version
or higher of Explorer and versions 3.02 or higher of Netscape. This
means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured
connection. |

| 7. General |
These Trading Terms shall be governed by and construed
in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will
be decided only by the English courts.
If any of these Trading Terms is held by any court of competent
authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part,
this will not affect the validity of the remaining Trading Terms which
will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent
permitted by law, provided any contract made under these Trading Terms
is capable of continuing in existence. |
