To enable cookies on Internet Explorer (version 7), select the 'Internet Options...' item from the 'Tools' menu (you may need to press ALT to display the menus). On the 'Privacy' tab press the 'Advanced...' button and ensure that both the 'Override automatic cookie handling' checkbox and the 'Always allow session cookies' checkbox are ticked. You may wish to select 'Block' under 'Third-party Cookies' to improve your privacy.
Shopping on the Maroque site
Shopping on this site is accomplished in three stages. First, you select items to buy and add them to your shopping basket. Second, you supply your delivery details. Finally, you provide credit or debit card payment information.
Adding Items to Your Basket While in the 'Shopping' section of the site, you will see individual goods you can buy, such as a Set of Three Nesting Boxes, together with a price and usually a picture. To find out more about the goods, click on the link 'more details...' and a new screen will pop up containing a larger picture, some further description and possibly additional photographs. You can add an item to your shopping basket by entering the number you want to purchase in the 'Quantity' box and pressing the 'Add to my basket' button.
You can add a more items to your basket over a number of trips to the Maroque site, before you decide to purchase anything. Your basket will be kept for you, as long as you come back within 24 hours. You can examine the contents of your basket, as well as deleting unwanted items from it, by clicking on the 'My Basket' tab at the top of the screen. A summary of your basket is shown at all times in the left hand column of your screen.
Providing Delivery Details When you have finished shopping, and removed any unwanted items from your basket, you need to provide delivery details before proceeding to pay. To do this, first open your basket (by clicking the 'My Basket' tab or the 'View Basket' button) and check you are happy with the items you have selected. A delivery charge will be shown, which is included on your bill. If you are happy, press the 'Proceed' button to take you to the delivery details page.
The delivery address must match the address to which your credit card statements are sent. This is an important security measure, to reduce the risk of credit card fraud. Take care to fill in your details accurately, and ensure you fill in each box marked with an asterisk (*), before proceeding. You must be happy with your basket before pressing the 'Proceed' button, as you will not have the chance to change it once you go beyond the delivery details page.
Pressing the 'Proceed' button will take you to the Order Confirmation screen, which shows all the delivery information and the items being purchased.
Providing Credit/Debit Card Details Once you are happy with your order, press the 'Proceed to pay' button on the Order Confirmation screen to be taken to the secure payment site. The Maroque site does not record your credit card details - these are held by our secure payment provider, PayPoint. If, for any reason, you do not wish to complete your purchase, press the 'Back' button on the payment page and your order will be cancelled.
Provided the credit or debit card details are accepted, you will be shown your invoice before being returned to the Maroque site, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please ensure you keep this email, as it contains important information about the order number and your invoice. We hope you enjoy shopping with us.

A fixed charge of £7.50, including VAT is added to your invoice to cover postage and packing within the British mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands. For European, US and other overseas deliveries, please contact us and we will provide a quotation for delivery costs.
We hold almost all items in stock, and although our trading terms allow us 30 days to deliver items to you, we typically try to dispatch them within a couple of days. In the UK we use couriers who normally take upto 3 days to deliver the parcel. Overseas will take a little longer, and we will advise you how long to expect.
If, for whatever reason, we cannot deliver in within 30 days, we will email you with an estimated delivery time. You can then either wait for the item to be delivered, or have a full refund and we will notify you when the stock is in, so you can purchase then, if you wish.
