La Karma chicken kebabs (a Maroque recipe)

This very simple kebab is lovely cooked on the barbecue.
2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove crushed
1 teaspoon of La Karma spice blend
2 skinless and boneless chicken breasts cut into 3cm (1 1/4") cubes
1. Combine all the ingredients together in a glass bowl, stir well to coat the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, longer if you have time.
2. Thread the chicken cubed into metal skewers, and either grill or barbecue, turning until done.
3. Serve with warm pitta bread.
