Maroque’s eBooks of Moroccan Cuisine
Moroccan cuisine has been described as "the perfumed soul of our culture". It is a unique blend of African, Arabian and European influences, resulting a cuisine characterised by its subtle scents, delicate flavours and elegant presentation.
Morocco grows a wide range of Mediterranean fruits and vegetables, and these are combined with meats such as beef, mutton and chicken to create Morocco's distinct cuisine. Additional favours are created with spices and ingredients such lemon, olive oil and dried fruits. A growing number of Moroccan dishes are becoming favourites in the UK, including Tagines, Harira and Couscous.
These free eBooks have been written by Maroque's founder, Julie Woodard, and include favourite Moroccan recipes, how to cook with Tagines and the use of spices - crucial in Moroccan cookery. These are combined with related topics such as Moroccan wines, table settings, nibbles - even Moroccan cocktails!
