These are a middle eastern mix of roasted nuts, seeds and spices. 90gm
Simply pour into a bowl, dunk some bread into oil and then dip into the dukkah.
Great sprinkled on top of salmon or cod before cooking, mix with some breadcrumbs for a lovely coating for rack of lamb.
