Delivery & Returns
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.
All deliveries are by Royal Mail or a courier selected by us.
We normally deliver within 3 working days, to arrive with you within five working days of your order. However we shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. If we cannot deliver within 30 days we shall notify you immediately and try to agree an alternative date with you. If we cannot agree an alternative date, you will be offered a refund of the cost of the goods and the delivery charge.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 calendar days after the day following the delivery, by advising our Customer Services department by post, or e-mail (at email@example.com). In the event that the goods have already been dispatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order, you must return the goods to us and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the goods within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given. The cost of return carriage must be borne by you.
If you do not return the goods within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, your payment will be refunded after deducting the cost of recovering the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
