At Maroque we are very committed to giving the best customer service possible and we send a questionnaire out to our customer about a month after they have purchased from us.

We were very happy with all aspects of the service. From the ease of the use of the website to the prompt delivery of the product. We thought the information on the site about the products was excellent. We really liked the little hand written note in the package thanking us for the purchase...it was very personal and a lovely touch. We also appreciated the information sent through about the product (we bought a tagine), it was a gift for someone else and they had not heard of one before so this was very helpful.

If we could do one thing better, what would it be?
Not sure it is possible, your staff were helpful (as my office address is rather strange they contacted me to make sure that it was correct) the delivery was very fast and the goods were well packed.
